Pluxee credits 2025 December 2025
In 2025, a total of 188,729 credits were made with a total amount of 7.48 million euros.
Further photovoltaic systems planned December 2025
We plan to set up additional photovoltaic systems including storage at our holiday homes in Bad Kleinkirchheim and Bad Mitterndorf. Due to the slope location and the associated low solar radiation, no PV system can be set up in Strobl from an energy technology perspective.
Pool construction in Bad Ischl approved
At the request of management, the construction of an outdoor swimming pool has been initiated. Construction will begin in November 2025, with completion planned for March 2026. This will offer our guests another highlight for their next holiday stay.
Launch of our Goodie - Employee Benefit Platform June 2025
With Goodie - our post bonus world, we have created an entirely new platform for employee benefits.
After the excellent start in the middle of the year, nearly 16,000 visitors have visited our website.
Our bonus world is complemented by our value voucher portal, which is also enjoying increasing popularity.
postsozial celebrates its 20th birthday May 2025
The postsozial association was founded in May 2005 based on a company agreement with the board of the Austrian Post AG and the central works council according to the Association Act 2002. The postsozial association reflects the social responsibility of the Austrian Post towards its employees through additional social benefits that go beyond legal requirements.
The association is non-profit and aims to provide social care for active employees of the Austrian Post and its subsidiaries, as well as for retired employees and the relatives and survivors of employees.
The range of services extends from financial support in cases of extraordinary burdens such as illness or natural disasters, to discounted entry tickets to cultural and sporting events, to affordable vacation offers and offers for childcare during school holidays.
Additionally, postsozial supports health initiatives and leisure activities that serve to prevent illness.
The financial resources are provided by donations amounting to 1% of the wage sums of the Austrian Post AG and its subsidiaries. For the year 2015, this donation amounted to 6.3 million euros. For the year 2026, it is already 10.6 million euros. Furthermore, the association is financed by third-party donations and income from asset management.
The services of postsozial are currently divided into five thematic areas.

The association operates its own holiday homes at the locations of Vienna, Bad Kleinkirchheim, Bad Ischl, Strobl, Bad Mitterndorf, Mayrhofen, and Krumpendorf, and offers additional holiday rooms in rented accommodations in the destinations of Bad Schallerbach, Fulpmes, Ischgl, Sölden, Zell am See, Schladming, Saalbach, and Kitzbühel.
All holiday locations are at the level of a 3-star operation and equipped with fully equipped guest kitchens. Additionally, there are collaborations with reputable hotels in Austria and abroad.

Photovoltaic system in Bad Ischl completed March 1, 2025
We produce our own electricity and make an active contribution to sustainability. A total of 126 photovoltaic panels are doing good work. Currently, excess electricity is still being fed into the grid, in the future a 42 kWh storage system will allow for greater use of self-generated power.

Pluxee cards can also be used for online purchases starting in 2025 December 3, 2024
At the beginning of the year, Pluxee will perform an upgrade of the nutrition cards. These will no longer be issued as VPay cards but as Visa cards. The essential difference is that the new cards can also be used at online grocery retailers such as Gurkerl.at, Wolt, Foodie Fridge and many more. All previous functions of the cards will remain.
What is happening and why?
Starting in 2025, the VPay food cards from Pluxee will be exchanged for Visa food cards. The new cards can do everything the previous cards could. However, it will also be possible to pay online, e.g., at gurkerl.at, Wolt, Foodie Fridge, etc.
Who is affected and when?
All employees with a virtual or physical Pluxee VPay food card are affected, but not all at once. The cards will be exchanged shortly before the expiration date of the existing card. The first new cards or access data for the new virtual cards will be sent out at the beginning of January 2025 for all cards expiring at the end of January.
What happens exactly?
Employees will receive a new card and a new PIN code several weeks before the expiration of their Pluxee food card (in the case of physical cards) or will receive new access data for their new virtual card.

Pluxee meal allowance: Check your remaining balance November 21, 2024
At the end of the year, the "Millesime discharge" of meal allowances will come into effect again. This means that your unclaimed meal allowances, which were credited to your app or card by August 31, 2024, will be forfeited.
Thus, these balances will no longer be available for your purchases from January 1, 2025.
There is still plenty of time and opportunity to use your balance, which you can spend until December 31, 2024. Use the tax-free meal allowances that your employer provides - especially in times of rising prices, they have a high value.
If you have problems with digital redemption through the APP, there is always the possibility to order a Pluxee plastic card for a small cost. You can find the order form on this website in the "Meal Allowances" section.

Transition of the Pluxee app to Google Pay October 28, 2024
Google Pay is now live for Pluxee cards! This means that your employees can now activate Google Pay for their Pluxee card and pay using their Android smartphone. The advantage is that in case of an Android update, no changes need to be made to the phone after activating Google Pay.
To activate Google Pay, card users must update the Pluxee app. After that, they can simply click on the gear icon under WALLET in the app and register the card for Google Pay via the "Add to Google Pay" button.
Pluxee Pay will be available until October 30, but will no longer be displayed in the Pluxee app once the update has been downloaded.

Immediate assistance for storm & flood damage September 15, 2024
Immediate assistance of 1,000 euros:
• informal letter
• municipal confirmation of the impact on the dwelling of the applicant's main residence.
Subsequently, assistance can be applied for if the applicant has a remaining damage amount after deducting all insurance benefits and aids. The received immediate assistance will be deducted. The following must be submitted:
• Report from the fire department/police
• Property damage declaration from the municipality
• Letter stating whether and to what extent the damage is covered by insurance.
• Letter stating whether and to what extent a grant has been provided by the state
• Invoices plus proof of payment
• a statement showing the remaining damage amount.
Support services are only available for damages to residential buildings

Simple transition from sodexo to Pluxee January 29, 2024
sodexo replaces the previous MySodexoApp with the new application Pluxee. From January 2024, MySodexoApp will no longer be developed and therefore will not be serviced. The installation of the Pluxee app is done on the work phone via the personal area and not through the Post AG app catalog. Just follow the instructions. The installation is completely trouble-free; all you need is your email and your password, which are the access data you assigned during the initial installation. You do not need the original registration data that you received by post during the initial registration.
It must be noted that after the installation of the app, in the settings on the Android smartphone (Settings/Connections) "NFC and contactless payments is activated" and under "contactless payments" Pluxee Wallet is enabled as the payment service. Likewise, the tab "Pay with currently opened app" must be activated.
- Install the Pluxee app on your smartphone (Android via Play Store or iOS via App Store. Installation on Android work phones should be done in the personal area.
- Open the Settings on your Android smartphone.
- Tap on Connections
- Tap on NFC and contactless payments
- Tap on Contactless payments
- Activate Pluxee Wallet as the default payment service
- Activate the tab "Pay with currently opened app"
